We charge $25 for identification services;
however, what we really recommend is posting the digital pictures on our
discussion board. That is free and works almost every time. The
discussion board is here:
http://www.forumancientcoins.com/board/index.php.
Please do not email
descriptions or pictures of your coins to us and ask us to identify,
authenticate or appraise them without paying for our Attribution and
Appraisal Service.

PAID ATTRIBUTION AND APPRAISAL SERVICE
FORVM's Paid Attribution and Appraisal
Service - For a fee, we will identify and appraise your
ancient coin from a photograph submitted by email. To determine if your coin is ancient
consider the following: Ancient coins are not in English, Spanish or
French or other modern languages. Ancient coins do not have dates
(at least not Arabic numeral dates like today's coins). Ancient
coins are very rarely perfectly round. They are handmade, not
machine made, and they usually look handmade.
